| $100 Per Month Auto Storage Garage (Manchester)
Padlock access to parking space for your car in storage.
Single garage bay, with a 9 foot wide door, and 19 foot long bay, isolated from other bays by a partitioned wall.
There is no climate control, but there is electric lighting.
There is a brand new roof, and a very secure heavy metal grating on the window.
It is next to my home where I do keep an eye on things.
This is a rental spot to park a car in storage (it is not a mini-storage space).
You have access to the parking space 24/7, but there is limited access during the deepest snow in the winter, which should not be a problem for a car in winter storage.
Pay first quarter (3 months) up front.
That's $300 to start, which pays for month number 1,2, and 3.
Then pay $100 a month starting on month number 4.
If you get to month number 12, then it will be free!

DIRECTIONS: From 293, take exit 5 and head west from the ramp on Granite St.
Take right at light by Gulf station onto Main St., and drive past West-Side High School.
Before you get to Catholic Medical Center Hospital, take a left onto Sullivan St. and go all the way to the top of the hill where Sullivan St ends at the corner of Dubuque St. |
