Titles for Antique cars1933 Ford 3 WINDOW COUPE |

I live in GA and do not have to have a title for the above car, just registration and a tag. I'm trying to sell to someone in North Carolina where antique cars need a title. I built the car from the chasis up- and it has a Gibbons fiberglass body. I have all the paper work and reciepts for everything on it. It is a street rod - how do I go about getting a title for this car without all of red tape of emissions inspection, etc.
