1973 Dodge D200 Adventurer Club Cab Camper/9000
Vehicle Description ebay#140206972553 Up for sale is my hard to find GVW 9000 Lb classic Mopar 1973 (first year of the club) HD D200 Adventurer Club Cab (with the very rare) Camper/9000 pkg NO RESERVE I am the third owner of this dependable old truck and have had it for five years. The original owner had special ordered this truck at the dealer here in Boise, (Dodge building order sheet found under seat) and the vehicle has remained here for the last 35 years. Truck info: HD 3/4 ton, D60 rear with 4.10 gr, Club Cab, long box, 360/automatic, PS, PB, A/C, CC, CD, Factory tinted glass, flip down rear seats, exterior bed light, locking under bed tool storage. Engine runs strong, (but does drip some oil)was told it is original and had some work done on it, and I don’t remember exactly what, I think it was something about the intake manifold being replaced to change the carburetor type or choke? And something about rv cam and hard valve seats?My only mechanical issue was a broken fan shaft that punctured the radiator. Replaced radiator with one from a same era 440 power wagon, new water pump and fan. Trans shifts smooth and have never had any problems. A/C had been converted over and was blowing cold last summer, but does not seem to be cold now (hard to tell with winter, but I think it will need recharged) Cruise control was added by the 1st owner at the dealer in 1990 and owners manual is still in glove box. Body is straight, doors shut nice, bed has some issues (see pictures) surface rust on bed rails is from a rack that was set on the truck during storage. Rust above rear wells still repairable.1st owner had the truck repainted in the early nineties and is still in pretty good shape, I had planned to repaint after rear fender fixes so never buffed or waxed. Interior is in very nice shape, all gauges and ext work, no cracks in dash, sides and rear glass is good, windshield has a crack at bottom near dash but has never ran up. 1st owner had front seat re-upholstered in the nineties but has some tears (see pictures) on drivers side. Both flip seats in great condition and I added some seat belts for my kids. Tool box is not included!
