Top Tin Street Rods Goat Roast Rod Run & Car Show |

| Texas Top Tin Street Rods of Denton County will be celebrating 35 years as a club when they host their 31st Annual Goat Roast at the Bartonville Town Center, 2650 FM 407, this year. Benefiting the Children\'s Advocacy Center for Denton County, the Goat Roast offers both a car show and a rod run / poker run which are open to pre \' 80 vehicles. Those wishing to cruise the rod run (to be eligible for a $100 Best Poker Hand cash award) may register for that event at Frosty Drive In, 1002 Ft. Worth Dr. in Denton from 8 - 10:30 a.m. Registration for the car show will be open on site from 9 a.m - noon at the Bartonville Town Center. Participant judging in over thirty classes with awards to include 12 Best of Show, first & second place class awards, club participation, plus two host awards. Dash plaques, door prizes, 50/50 raffle, DJ, vendors, restaurants and shopping held in a park-like setting. Pre-registration is $10; $15 the day of event.
