Second Saturday Car Show

Saturday, August 28, we’ll hold the “Second Saturday” Car Show. This is also the last day (second Saturday) of the Union Fair and Maine Wild Blueberry Festival – all rolled into one. Location is the same as before – the Union Fairground (off Route 17 on Common Road) in Union, Maine. We’re offering classes to interest just about every enthusiast — cars, trucks, motorcycles, special vehicles, and even tractors, with first place trophies in each class. Winners in each class are also eligible to win Best of Show and Judges Choice. Attendees also get entrance to the Union Fair and Maine Wild Blueberry Festival, with music, food, crafts, animals, displays, and even the Mud Run (starts at noon). Watch the shows, enjoy the atmosphere, then come back after 1pm to receive your trophy! Registration will be from 8 - 10am with a price of $5 for car & driver. All other attendees are $5 before 10am, then $10 after. Kids 10 and under are FREE, so get them started young. Tell your friends that they can see it all too, even if they don’t have a car to show.
