Angola Elks Lodge #2398 is hosting a Blues, Brews, & BBQ Car Show and Charity Fundraiser on Saturday, June 29th from 10:00 AM until 3:00PM. We are raising funds for cancer research to be donated to Indiana Elks Charities, Inc. to fund cancer research at Indiana’s two cancer research facilities.
"Indiana Elks Charities, Inc." was formed in the mid 1940's to administer the Indiana Elks Association’s State Major Project (Cancer Research) which is to fight the various dreaded cancer diseases that strike hundreds of Indiana Hoosiers each year. The State of Indiana is indeed fortunate to have two major cancer research facilities which are located at Purdue University and Indiana University. Both institutions have since become the recipients of Indiana Elkdom's generous fundraising efforts.
Registration begins now and goes through June 20, 2013. Early-Bird Registration is available until May 20, 2013 at a cost of $25/Car. Regular Registration is available until June 20th at a cost of $35/Car. Multiple Car Discounts may be available for exhibitors bringing multiple cars, please contact Michelle Langford at (260) 665-6408 for more information. Any type of collector or show vehicle is welcome.
Registration fee includes 1 free lunch and 1 free Raffle Prize drawing entry. Additional Lunch Tickets and Raffle Prize Entries can be purchased the day of the event. Check-In will begin at 7:00 AM and last until 9:15 AM. Space is limited so register today.
We will be having awards: Window Plaques, a Best in Show and a People’s Choice Award will be awarded at 1:30 PM.
