Fuses and wires |

Check the fuses. If all the fuses are good, I would check the wires with a multimeter and see if you get a voltage running through in reverse (dont back up into anyone!)
Alternatively, while the car is off, you could check for a short by measuring the resistance (it should be pretty much zero resistance if everything is OK)
