RE: registering a car club |
October 15th, 2010 11:35:11 am, posted by John Ralph |
Hey Johnny,
I am the Vice President of a car club and would be happy to help any way I can. Car clubs usually host car shows and then donate proceeds to a local charity at the end of the year. They have bi-laws and meetings and club member only cruise ins and get togethers. I can tell you its not easy to put on a car show, its a lot of work and preperation and you wont make a huge profit unless you are creative. I am sure you have attended shows and you know what you like and dislike so try and start a club that you would like to participate in. People like big or unique trophies , they like the registration to be smooth and easy, they like goodie bags and they like to feel like their car is the best car around. Anyway, feel free to contact me if I can help out with any questions.
John
