I have a 1965 ford mustange with a 289 4...1965 Ford MUSTANG |

I have a 1965 ford mustange with a 289 4barel. Secondary barels not opening. Ran all checks on vacume part of system that pulls secondarys open and that part is working Fine. Tried opening secondarys by hand while racing engine up could not pull them open. Shut down engine and open throttle, manually could move sesecondarys freely. Need to know if intake manafold suction can somehow play a factor in this.
