MY 1998 DODGE INTREPID WITH 151000 MILES STARTED TO PUFF BLUE SMOKE AFTER IDLE AT RED LIGHTS FOR A FEW MINUTES...THEN STOPS...HAVE MINOR VALUE COVER LEAKS AND CAR RUNS STRONG..COULD THIS BE BAD VALVE GUIDES...HAVE ALWAYS CHANGED OIL EVERY 3000 MILES...ALSO HAVE A MINOR LIFTER TICK ALSO...SHOULD I GET A VALVE JOB OR WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK...THANKS FOR YOUR HELP...
