Good evening . I am reaching out to you to ask if you could possibly help me find a car my brother once owned early 80’s or earlier. I want to do something special by finding this car even just to see what it looks like possibly for sale. I am having no luck getting information from a 13 digit VIN#. Pre 1981 had 13 now they have 17 and has been impossible to trace . It is a 1970 Monte Carlo with factory forced air. White body with black hard top. My brother sold it around 1983 at an auction in Carlisle, PA. Buyer was from Maryland. . VIN#. 138570F172461 If you are unable to help would you so kind as to give me suggestions.
