Hi need help I have a 34 ford 4 door that was made in to a 34 ford delivery that was choped. has a 350 with a cam I just got the car and DMV sent me to HP for vin vervacation, The offerser said that he did not think that the plaie on the fire wall wes real be cause it did not have a state seal on it .I dont think in 1934 thay stamped the vin with state saels he put a oo year on the car and said that because it was changed to a 2 door and chaped that the car was a spechel construction. is there sone that can help me with this problem.and dose a 00 year vin number mean that dmv will want me to smog this car , hot rod wont pass somg thanks Tom K
