Fan belt turns off crankshaft but appears to slip on fan pulley. Fan pulley appears seized. I took it off - it is the kind that is hinged off the engine and has a shaft going into that arm & it has a pinch bolt. I took it fan blades off (4 long screw bolts/nuts & 4 short screw/bolts/nuts) but saw that there were 2 gears inside. I didn't pull it apart anymore than that. Should the fan be spinning on the shaft that goes thru the pulley?
