1962 Ford Fairlane Two Door
First year of this body. Body is 98% straight. Bumpers have rust spots, but not to the point of not being able to re-chrome. I do have trunk bezel. Glass is all good. Floors were patched by former owner, Work was unacceptable to me, I have new front and rear pans that will go with the car. Trunk was done, and is fine. Seats are in good condition, redone in the past. White and aqua two tone. Was originally a standard car. Former owner converted to automatic. Steering was converted to automatic column, but there is an aftermarket shifter of the floor, Original Brake/clutch assembly still in the car. Car is complete, over all. Needs some small things, dash knobs. Cheap to be had. Just put in new fuel tank, straps, and sending unit. New fuel lines, dash 6 braided line. Have new correct ignition switch to be installed, and wiring diagram. Good Interstate battery, new fuel pump, and chrome canister fuel filter. Have some other small things that are new. Car runs, and drives. 170 CI motor and Ford-O-Matic transmission, both are due refreshing. I do have a solid 351 Windsor and FMX automatic transmission. Both are in drop in condition, and have been gone through. Motor has good compression. I will sell for $1000.00 Asking $4300.00 for the Fairlane. Some wiggle room possible.
