48th Annual Bean Hole Meet on Sunday, September 7, Webster Park, Epsom, NH
Mark your calendars and don't miss this traditional event!
Coffee and donuts served during the morning. Lunch will be served
at noon, consisting of Linwood Marten’s excellent bean hole beans,
cooked all night in a wood-fired pit. These will be accompanied by
hot dogs, coleslaw, dinner rolls and butter.
We have learned from Mr. Marden, "chief bean cook", that this PAL Club event has been held every year since 1960, started by an elder
member from Chichester by the name of Sanborn. No reservations, just bring your car, a chair, and your appetite to the Park, which is located just 2 miles south of the Epsom Traffic Circle on Rt. 28.
