overheating on TVR 2800-280i1985 TVR 280I |

I'm having an overheating condition when I travel at over 60mph --engine runs @ 95--100 degrees Celcius. Any ideas.
New electric fan and shroud installed. Don't know any other solution, have looked in manual.
