noise in drivetrain2004 Jeep CHEROKEE |

once again my grandsons jeep needs help. when he lets off the throttle there is a noise possibly in the drivetrain,rear end,transfercase or maybe tires. had it checked by a tranny shop and they have one answer, drive it till it gets real bad or the jeep breaks down. does anyone have a more direct answer.
my last question was on fuel mileage,we put injector cleaner in the tank a few times and the mileage increased somewhat. thanks again.
