inline fuse II1971 Plymouth BARRACUDA |

Let me reissue question. In addition to the negative line to the motor from the battery I have an additional single inline fuse coming off the negative post on the battery attached to the frame. This inline fuse blows when I turn the key. Starter does not even engage. Help I'm dead in the garage.
