...not good. Usually when the VIN number is missing, it might have been used on another "phony" chevelle. So, I would check with the DMV and see if someone is using it. If not, FIND THE TAG. They will assign you another VIN number and it will devalue the car. Bottom line....Find the VIN TAG.
