The block casting number indicates an Olds 455 engine. The VIN for a 1969 won't tell you much you don't already know, though the M indicates the car was built at the Lansing Michigan final assembly plant.
More paint, trim and options code can be found on the cowl tag (AKA Fisher Body tag) located on the driver's side of the firewall near the master cylinder.
