Don, Have you looked at the tail light covers? I am not sure what year this started but, they had a part # and often had a year in there. Sometimes they could be traded out, but often they were the right ones for the car. Also, not sure if this car had them, check front turn lights for part # and date. Can't help you with serial #'s.
