Somewhat an easy swap. |

Here are a bunch of things to consider: motor mounts (which ones to use), exhaust manifolds or headers (which will clear), throttle linkage, oil pan clearance and transmission housing clearance. A friend of mine did the exact swap with ease so there should be a lot of info on it. If I remember correctly the 351 Cleveland had the larger heads so the clearance between shock towers should not be an issue with the Windsor.
