1951 Ford Custom Power Steering |
| December 18th, 2009 08:36:15 pm, posted by Peter Peterson |
Are you leaving the original style steering system in or converting to rack & pinion? I used the original box on my '57 when I added power steering from a '70s Ford product. Unless the early '50s are set up drastically different from mid to late '50s, that should be ok. Get a pump that was on a 289(302, 351 windsor) family small block originally, so you will have a bracket that should bolt right up.
