Of course it is possible. Here is the scoop. If you have front drum and back drum, then there is a specific fluid reservoir for that and a specific proportioning valve. If you have front disc and back drums, a specific reservoir and proportioning valve again. There are a bunch of companies that sell conversion kits, I bought mine on ebay from someone local here in AZ. Just remember that there are specific proportioning valves for each type of set up and make sure you get the right one. Heck, I bought mine at the local parts store.
