I know you have to change the Proportioning valve and the brake reservoir, if you haven't done that already. Here are 2 places in California that do disc conversions, 1-888-522-8303 and 1-866-628-8746. Also, the guy I use here in AZ is Direct Fit Brakes at 623-772-0053. Hope this helps.
