I purchased a numbers matching SS Chevelle from California about 4 years ago..it is complete with original 8 track player....
and I was given the sheet that shows where car was purchased and options it came with,
during restoration, frame off, some how the vin tag on the dash is missing..I know it was there when I purchased the car
because those were the numbers I checked against the engine number...is there any way to have it replaced??
I have been told that there are other numbers on the body that may prove it is matching number car but I know it will leave a
question in a potential buyers mind that this is a fake...any help will be appreciated...thank you
