U - JOINT EATER!!1965 Chevrolet IMPALA SS |

I HAVE A 65 IMPALA SS THAT HAS STARTED EATING REAR U JOINTS. THEY DON'T LAST TWO WEEKS. THE CAR HAS THE ORIGINAL 396 (BUILT TO ABOUT 400 HP) AND MUNCIE 4 SPEED BACK IN IT. EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE, IT JUST DESTROYS THE BEARINGS IN 2 OPPOSING CUPS OF THE U JOINT, THEN VIBRATES LIKE CRAZY. I HAVE BEEN USING HD/PERFORMANCE U JOINTS, THE FRONT IS FINE. I ALSO SWAPPED DRIVE SHAFTS IN CASE IT WAS BENT, NO CHANGE. ANY IDEAS AS TO WHAT MIGHT BE CAUSING THIS?
