Getting a TITLE1956 Chevrolet PICKUP |

This is directed to anyone familiar with Ontario MTO or DOT laws... I\'m considering buying a 1956 Chev P/U cab, without a title. If you have done this before, What do I need, in order to get a new title?? I can tell you this. The guy who is selling it is NOT on the title. He is just a guy cleaning up his yard and found it in the back 40. So we don\'t know who is named on the tile, in order to get a sworn affadaved on title sorender. Is there another way to get a new title?
