WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF MY BRAKE PEDAL NOT RETURNING AFTER I APPLY THEM? THE BRAKES WORK FINE BUT I HAVE TO USE MY FOOT TO RETURN THE PEDAL AFTER I APPLY THEM.
