1987 chevy r101987 Chevrolet R10 PICKUP |

ok this is my question I purchased a 1987 sib Chevy up I got all happy when I purchased it was what I was looking for 1987 short bed fuel injected all power options that I can drive & slowly work on I checked the title and the vin matched the dash and glove box tag and door id tag so I bought it when I got it home I looked at the title up close and the vin was ok but the model on the title says s10 so I called the guy back the same day and the # was disconnected I started to panic so I called my insurance agent and he ran the vin # and it came back legit trucks vine came back as 1987 Chevy r10 so I went to title it in my name now the dmv was not able to tell my why the computer says r10 and when they print my title in Arizona it shows model as s10??????????can any one shed some light shouldn't the model say (c10 or r10)
