1974 Karmann Ghia
Looking to sell. Body and interior is in mint condition. Has all four original tires including the spear. Not on the car but comes with. First image is it all cleaned up. Has a few engine problems but runs. Has many upgrades, one being the hard top. Inside is wired for a stereo that runs off different battery. This is a good find. Upgrades: MSD Electronic Ignition System Bored out 16500cc Gusto Engine (the engine needs new oil gaskets and seals all around. Engine block is fine but due to the larger engine the car needs a dual carb set up to minimize the back pressure. This will keep the seals and gaskets from going bad again.) High Pressure Oil Pump. (for those Volkswagon collectors, you may have heard of this. If not, it means the oil plate under the engine block is sealed. The after market pump is attached on the back end of the engine right behind the muffler. It is very easy to reach and takes a standard oil filter that can be found in any automotive section.) Vintage Cat Eye headlight covers. Aftermarket Headlight Housing (the headlight are now the same as modern day cars where the bulb is pulled out from the unit and replaced this allows for xenon bulbs like I have in right now) American Heritage Racing Wheels 16\' Stock 1974 Spare Tire from Germany Chrome engine Dress up Kit. (needs a cleaning bad to save this car form anymore dust) Monza Exhaust system Light weight Fly Wheel New performance Crank Shaft Engine Dress up Kit needs cleaning, but if purchased I will clean it before it is picked up EMPI lever shifter (replaces stock VW shifter where you have to push down to unlock reverse, The new one has a finger lever on it that you simple pull with your index finger) Brushes aluminum Sport Roller Racing gas pedal. (Rolls on bottom of foot rather then having to adjust your foot to the pedal) VW GT Steering wheel Dragster Tachometer (you can see it in the Picture of my car polished its the silver looking ball in the windshield ) 5% Limo black tinted windows in the rear, 15% tinted windows in front Adjustable air shock system in the rear. The valve stem sticks out of the middle of the rear bumper. You can adjust the height of the rake the car has. Interior is in almost mint condition the vinyl on the driver side seat has a small crack. Its the original seats so it worn but you can replace them stock online from mid-america motorworks.
