Pre registration through Sept 17 no exceptions. Free t-shirt for pre registrants. If you plan to be in the parade at 9am, you must sign in at the car show before lining up for the parade. Judging will start promptly at 10:30 for the kiddie car show and 11am for the Fantasy on Wheels car show
