My 1965 Impala SS, a work in progress!

Here's a picture of my 65 Impala SS. I've owned it since 1975 when I bought it without an engine and trans for $100.00. Since then I have restored it to it's original condition with a 396 bored .030 over, Crane .280 cam, 800 Edelbrock carb and manifold, steel crank, ARP rod bolts and more. It has a "rock crusher" Muncie 4 speed and it's wicked fast. Not to mention a BLAST to drive!! The best part is it beat my nephews 69 Mustang with NOS. I told him not to feel too bad as he helped me build mine!
